Mr. Kutidze has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, generation, sales, distribution, foreign trade in electricity and infrastructure. In previous years, in his role as a consultant and developer, Mr. Kutidze has managed several notable start-up projects and M&A deals in the energy sector in the South Caucasus and CIS countries and Turkey.
